Now that the building project has been successfully completed after eight months of great industry and initiative on your part, Denise and I wish to record our appreciation to you for an excellent job, which has been completed on time and within budget.
As we have acknowledged in a separate final business letter, this now brings the contract and the contract period to a formal end. Thank you for the official handover folder, with the requisite documentation, and for the formal handover we had on site on Thursday last, 9 July 2009. In summary, we have particularly appreciated your management and Builder acumen, which you so ably applied throughout the project. Simply put, we could not have wanted a better, more competent and committed builder to guide and execute our dreams, for this long-awaited project to be realised. Your professionalism and can-do attitude was exemplary throughout, and your determination to achieve the highest building standards and outcomes have been commendable.

You have delivered the completed project of significant high ceiling extensions and renovations of the existing house, on time and within budget, while accommodating our several requests for improvements on the plan, and extra Variations/Contingencies with aplomb. Thank you, most sincerely for the many times you have gone the extra mile within the project, and with your talented group of tradesmen.

It’s been a pleasure working with you, and we would have no hesitation in approaching you directly, should we embark on another building project in the near future. Nor would we have any hesitation in recommending your Building services to friends or any potential client you might nominate. Thank you again for your wonderful assistance and valuable advice throughout this project.
